At WEE Fashion House, every garment is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. As many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or custom-created, production and delivery timelines may differ from those of mass-produced retail brands. We appreciate your patience and support for slow, sustainable fashion.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Ready-to-wear items are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Handmade, made-to-order, and custom-designed garments require 10–21 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Special collections, bulk orders, bridal wear, or highly customised garments may require 4–8 weeks for production.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays, public holidays, or other non-working days.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and order value.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly communicated on the website.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of purchase. WEE Fashion House cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier service.


Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns and exchanges are subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged upon arrival.
  • The item received has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item received is substantially different from the product ordered.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The request should include:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Be free from stains, perfumes, or damage
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.


Custom-Made & Personalised Garments

As custom-made and personalised garments are created specifically for individual customers:

  • They are non-returnable
  • They are non-refundable
  • They are not eligible for exchange

Exceptions apply only if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The wrong item is delivered.
  • A manufacturing defect is identified.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review measurements, sizing, colour selections, and customisation details before placing an order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Custom-made garments
  • Personalised products
  • Altered garments
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional or discounted purchases
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within the applicable timeframe.
  2. Provide all required details and supporting photographs.
  3. Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
  5. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Cash-on-delivery fees (if applicable)
  • Gift wrapping charges
  • Any additional service fees

These charges may only be refunded if the error was caused by WEE Fashion House.


Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photographs before opening the package.
  • Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Retain all original packaging materials until the matter is resolved.

Colour & Product Variations

As our products are handcrafted and photographed under different lighting conditions:

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, print placement, or finishing may occur.
  • Such variations are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade products and do not qualify as defects.

Order Cancellation

Ready-to-Wear Items

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Once production has begun, custom-made and made-to-order garments cannot be cancelled.
